Flexible Terms
The complex has been designed to operate on a flexible basis with tenancy arrangements available on an easy in/easy out basis with no legal fees, ideal for a small trader or an expanding company.
Our office rental charges start from just £48.00 per week (up to 2 workstations), rents are all inclusive of rates and all other outgoings, you can be up and running in less than 10 minutes.

We are a small family owned and family run business, we pride ourselves on the level of service and care we offer each and every one of the companies currently using our facilities.
We are always improving and increasing the facilities within the buildings we manage and because we own the properties ourselves we look after them.
